TRAINING OPTIONS

Web-based training

Web-based sessions provide a convenient, flexible, cost-effective way to provide your HR staff with new or refresher training. Each session is limited to five attendees and will be from one to three hours. Session agendas can be tailored to emphasize areas of particular need or interest to your staff. These sessions will provide attendees with the tools to become more proficient with minimal disruption to their daily responsibilities. IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

New customer implementation

The process begins with a pre-implementation planning meeting with you and your staff to review requirements and specify optimal tailoring and configuration options for your organization. 

Greentree then installs a fully working system on our servers for hands-on customer review. Greentree also converts any needed data prior to user training and go-live, and works with you on needed interfaces to other systems such as transfer of new hires to your HRIS.

For in-house installations Greentree provides technical assistance and support for server sizing and configuration, network connectivity and security issues, email system interface, and other issues as needed to ensure successful integration within your IT infrastructure.

System tailoring and updates

All Greentree systems include tailoring of fields and forms to match your process. System tailoring is specifically designed to carry forward through system updates and new releases to preserve your investment and ROI.

Interfacing with HRIS

For rapid deployment with full functionality choose iGreentree Express. Implement using iGreentree's standard forms and user-defined fields and we'll pass the savings in customization on to you.

Let Hiring Managers view applicants by simply logging in and viewing them. Applicants are sorted by highest pre-screen qualifications. Hiring Managers can easily update applicant results and enter comments for applicants who have applied for their reqs.
