Greentree for Windows On-Site Training - allows customers to work with a trainer to create a personalized training agenda and/or consultation. The training/consultation will take place at a customer designated location with a maximum class size of ten students.

Training and Consultation is priced as follows:

• $3500 for the first two days
• $1500 for each additional day
• Travel expenses

Note: Training and Consultation is to be pre-paid. Travel and expenses (airfare, hotel, ground transportation, meals, and related incidentals) will be invoiced upon conclusion of the site visit.

Cancellation Policy:

Greentree requires 2 weeks (10 full business days) notice for any consulting/training cancellations at the customer’s request. If the required notice is given, the customer will only be invoiced for the cost of all non-refundable travel expenses.

If the required cancellation notice is NOT given, the following is in effect:
**Less than 10 full business days, but at least 5 full business days notice, 50% of the consulting/training fees and all non-refundable travel expenses will be invoiced.
**Less than 5 full business days notice, 100% of the consulting/training fees and all non-refundable travel expenses will be invoiced.

Greentree requires 2 weeks (10 full business days) notice for any consulting/training that needs to be rescheduled at the customer's request. All costs incurred for rescheduling the consulting/training will be at the customer's expense, including, but not limited to, airfare itinerary changes. If rescheduling is requested by the customer without the required notice, the above cancellation policy is in effect.

Pentium 200 MHz or faster processor w/64MB RAM (96MB recommended), SVGA, 17" monitor, hard drive, Windows 95 or higher or Windows NT 4.0 or higher, or Windows 2000. Applicant Self-Entry module requires Internet Explorer v4.0 or higher OR Netscape Navigator v4.0 or higher.

Workstation:
Pentium 300 MHz or faster processor w/64MB RAM (96MB recommended), 96MB required for ScanStation or Document Manager (128MB recommended), SVGA 17" monitor, and Hard Drive with 100 Mbytes available for Greentree. Windows 98 or higher, NT 4.0, Windows 2000 Professional, or Windows XP. Applicant Self-Entry module requires Internet Explorer v4.0 or higher OR Netscape Navigator v4.0 or higher.
