Annual Server and Usage Audits are offered to Greentree customers with a current Software Maintenance and Support (SMS) Agreement.
Annual Greentree Server Audit:
The annual server audit is designed to insure that your servers are configued to provide optimal performance for your Greentree system. An annual server audit includes:
- Thorough analysis of the Error Log for unreported problems.
- Check for common security misconfigurations (web and database).
- Check for consistency of the iGreentree web/database files.
- Database validity checks.
- Analysis of database sizing and usage statistics.
- Failover & disaster recovery suggestions.
- Recommendations for improving database integrity and performance.
- Review of SQL Database Maintenance Plan (includes check/rebuild Full Text
Catalog).
Annual Greentree Usage Audit:
The annual usage audit allows you to leverage Greentree's experience and expertise to review key data areas in the system for consistency, and to review processes and procedures in order to make recommendations on how to increase the return on your investment in your Greentree system. An annual web-based usage audit includes:
- With one of your key users on the phone, a Greentree Account Manager will use WebDemo to review consistency of your Codes and Synonyms that are used for Resume Processing.
- We will look for redundancy or confusing terms and make recommendations for improvement.
- Review Requisition entry process including: template usage, auto-fills capability, and data consistency. Provide suggestions for streamlining requisition entry.
- Review customer's ASE (or CSS) for data consistency, formatting, and presentation. Make recommendations for improving the Application process.
- Discuss existing Backup, Archiving, and Purging of Applicants and Requisitions. Provide recommendations for eliminating old records.
- Discuss current handling of Active/InActive Hiring Managers and Sources/Expenses. Make suggestions for flagging/purging out-dated records.
- Evaluate overall system and make improvement of usage recommendations.
- Evaluate overall usage and suggest appropriate training
alternatives.
