GREENTREE SYSTEMS RELEASES NEW VERSION 8 OF IGREENTREE EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM
CAMPBELL, California, April 23, 2004 -– Greentree Systems, Inc., has announced the release of Version 8.0 of its enterprise-level iGreentree Employment System, available for in-house license and installation or as a fully hosted application from Greentree. Initially released in January, 2001, Version 8.0 represents the third major upgrade of the iGreentree system.
"Building on our success of the last three years, Version 8.0 further empowers Candidates and Hiring Managers to more easily and fully participate in the employment process, to the benefit of all concerned," reports Terry Russey, President of Greentree Systems, Inc. "We are pleased to make this latest release available both for delivery to our in-house customers and for use by our 'Greentree-hosted' customers who have chosen an ASP implementation model."
Major enhancements in Release 8.0 include all-new modules for Candidate Self-Service and for Hiring Managers. The Candidate Self-Service module fully automates a corporate employment site, with optional job-specific qualification questions, email job alerts, and the ability for job applicants to upload documents and monitor their application status in real-time. For Hiring Managers, a flexible, email-based requisition approval process has been extended to provide on-line viewing of applicant information and documentation, along with updating of interview and offer results.
Additionally, Version 8.0 of iGreentree provides enhanced configuration options for use by HR in matching system features and workflow to unique organizational processes and requirements, and extensive reporting capabilities of critical staffing metrics.
