UNIVERSITY HEALTH CARE SYSTEM IMPLEMENTS IGREENTREE EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM

CAMPBELL, California – Greentree Systems today announced that University Health Care System of Augusta, Georgia, has implemented the enterprise-level iGreentree Express Employment System. The system, which is hosted by Greentree, is used in the Human Resources department located at University Hospital in downtown Augusta.

"I am the HR Recruitment Manager and have been with UH for 13 years," reports Christi Johnson.  "I was fortunate enough to be one of the lead project coordinators, starting with the selection process for a new ATS all the way through to implementation of iGreentree. Previous to implementing iGreentree, our office used a very manual process of spreadsheets, filing and copying.

"Literally overnight, when we went live with the system, we were able to eliminate hours of manual labor, which helped us redirect workflows to be more productive and efficient. From the beginning, my staff and I were very excited about iGreentree and I am happy to say that we still are. We had many questions and little knowledge of ATS systems going into this process. Our Greentree Account Manager was always available, knowledgeable and very patient."

Continues Johnson, "We rolled out the applicant and HR portals on 09/05/08 and just this week have launched the Hiring Manager portal. The feedback thus far from the hiring managers has been very positive with most of the comments centering around how easy the system is to use.

"HR staff has been able to manage both requisitions and applicants far more efficiently than before. Our applicants both external and internal have said the system is very easy to use and like the extra features such as job alerts, saving their profile, email a friend, and the immediate feedback they are receiving via the system. My only regret is that we should have purchased and implemented this product years ago."

Skip Stewart, Systems Analyst, Systems & Programming at University Health, concurs. "I have worked 25 years for University Health Care in the systems & programming department implementing many vendor applications. The iGreentree system was the easiest and most successful one we have implemented. Greentree had a test environment up and running the same week we signed the contract."
