UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE MEDICAL CENTER TO IMPLEMENT IGREENTREE IN-HOUSE

KNOXVILLE, Tennessee and CAMPBELL, California, February 3, 2003 – The University of Tennessee Medical Center and Greentree Systems, Inc., have announced finalization of plans for in-house implementation at UT Medical Center of Greentree’s enterprise-level, web-based iGreentree Employment System.

"We are excited about our plans to further streamline and automate our employment process," reports Pam Brichetto, Assistant Director, Human Resources at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. "Applicants will benefit from an easy to use job search engine on our web site, and from a simplified application process. Our hiring managers will also be better served by our new on-line job requisition approvals. And in HR, we will be able to focus on quality hires and a smooth and responsive workflow."

"We’re implementing the iGreentree system for both the UT Medical Center and for the UT Graduate School of Medicine," says Brichetto. "Based on our experience using a previous version of Greentree software, we expect our results to be immediate and significant."
