RECRUITUSA AND GREEENTREE SYSTEMS PARTNER TO ENHANCE GREENTREE’S JOB POSTING CAPABILITIES

MINNEAPOLIS and CAMPBELL, Ca., March 7, 2001—RecruitUSA Inc., a Minneapolis-based Web Recruiting Gateway^SM, and Greentree Systems, Inc., a national vendor of applicant tracking and resume scanning software, today announced a partnership to expand the job posting capabilities of Greentree’s customers.

Through the partnership, Greentree customers will be able to post job openings to RecruitUSA’s network of more than 700 online recruitment outlets and a selection of the Web’s top career sites. RecruitUSA’s PostMaster Technology^SM allows users to write a job advertisement once and have it distributed seamlessly to their choice of recruitment outlets. In addition, RecruitUSA reduces administrative costs by consolidating billing for users.

RecruitUSA’s recruitment services will integrate directly with "iGreentree", Greentree’s web-based employment management software system designed for mid- to large-sized organizations. In addition to online job posting capabilities, the system allows hiring managers and other human resources managers the ability to track applicants, match skills, develop reports and conduct other functions related to the employment process.
