KENNEDY HEALTH SYSTEM IMPLEMENTS IGREENTREE EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM
CAMPBELL, California –
Greentree Systems today announced that the Southern New Jersey-based Kennedy Health System
has implemented the enterprise-level iGreentree Express Employment System. The system
is being used to streamline the job posting and hiring process at Kennedy’s three
hospital campuses in Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township, NJ.
Julie Hancock, Kennedy’s Corporate Director of Retention
and Recruitment, notes that, prior to implementing the iGreentree Express Employment
system, Kennedy was "entirely manual and paper-based."
"With iGreentree, Kennedy now has a system-wide online
requisition process, online postings and applications for both external and internal
applicants, as well as on-demand reports," Hancock said. "We essentially transformed our
process overnight, following a short and, frankly, quite easy implementation. Our
immediate savings include a minimum of 16 hours per week one of our HR staff members
needed in order to sort and distribute resumes and generating letters. These hours can
now be applied to more strategic initiatives."
"Perhaps most significantly," continues
Hancock, "our managers are finding the system easy to use, and especially like not
having to place paper requisitions in the mail, hoping that the requisitions make it to
the destination, and then waiting to review applications."
