REX HEALTHCARE IMPLEMENTS GREENTREE ONBOARDING

CAMPBELL, California – Greentree Systems today announced that Rex Healthcare of Raleigh, North Carolina, has successfully implemented the new Greentree Onboarding system to professionally welcome and engage Rex’s newly hired co-workers, as Rex employees are called.

Reports Garrett Byler, Human Resources Consultant at Rex and project manager for their onboarding implementation, "We have gone from a paper-based process with new hire packets and assorted other paperwork, to a completely online and much more professional experience for our new hires.  The response and benefits to all involved have exceeded our expectations."

Continues Byler, "The convenience factor for our new hires is huge, because they can complete their onboarding checklist at a time and place of their choosing. We have limited HR office space, and we also have found in the past that HR office hours are not always convenient for new hires.  In addition, our new hires are saving time compared to completing often-redundant paper forms, and Rex is certainly saving time and paper on our side of things.  Finally, a big reason we selected Greentree Onboarding is the flexibility we have to create our own custom onboarding checklists.  We can personalize them when the need arises, and easily define new checklists for unique positions or situations without a lengthy implementation process."

Greentree worked closely with Rex Healthcare to create their initial set of onboarding activities, such as new hire information form, tax forms, bank deposit authorization, employee health questionnaire, new employee orientation information, various informational policy descriptions with electronic sign-off, and more.  Once created, Rex's Onboarding Administrator can easily combine activities to create custom 'checklists' to match different types of positions at Rex.
