CARDINAL HEALTH SYSTEM IMPLEMENTS IGREENTREE EMPLOYMENT SYSTEM

CAMPBELL, California – Greentree Systems today announced that Cardinal Health System, Inc. located in East Central Indiana has implemented the enterprise-level iGreentree Express Employment System.  The system will be used to streamline the hiring process at Ball Memorial Hospital, Cardinal Health Ventures, and other components of the Cardinal Health System.

"We converted completely from our previous on-line employment vendor to go-live with iGreentree Express in approximately 5 weeks," reports Ann McGuire, Human Resources Manager, Cardinal Health System.  "We were pleasantly surprised at how straightforward the implementation was.  We also appreciate the amount of control the iGreentree system allows us over things like code tables, letter content, search fields, job templates, screening questions, and other parts of the system.  Although we went live with very little customization, we feel like we have our own system adapted to how we want to use it at Cardinal Health System. Since our implementation, we’ve made several process improvements that have reduced costs and increased our efficiency.  We look forward to expanding our use of the system, including taking advantage of its extensive reporting and document management capabilities."
